A special wine tasting dinner with the 3rd generation head of Domaine Chevrot et Fils, a top domaine in the Côte d'Or, will be held on February 21!

A special wine tasting and sales event, as well as a wine dinner, will be held at La Galerie Wine Shop / Le Bistro in Kita-Sando. We are pleased to welcome Mr. Pablo Chevrot, the third-generation owner of Domaine Chevrot et Fils, one of the top domaines in the Côte d’Or. During the dinner, Chef Tomoaki Ogonoi will present an exquisite course menu that highlights the true essence of French cuisine, paired with these exceptional wines.

Chevrot is a small family-run estate based in the village of Marange, the southern gateway to the Côte d’Or. They produce 15 AOC wines from 18 hectares of their own vineyards in Marange and Santenay. The average age of the vines is 30 years, with the oldest being 75 years old. The estate is run by brothers Pavlo and Vincent Chevrot, both of whom have degrees in oenology and were certified as organic farmers in 2008, and the brothers (and their two horses) work together to produce wines that are true to their terroir.
