A One-Night-Only Spanish Gourmet Night on the Water!

Txakoli is a naturally sparkling wine cherished by winemaking families in the Basque region. Talai Berri is renowned as Spain’s first winery specializing in Txakoli.

Crafted from grapes that are touched by the sea breeze of Cantabria, this wine offers a dry yet smooth flavor and refreshing bubbles that complement the flavors of seafood. For one night, the open terrace and dining area at Del Mar will transform into a San Sebastián-like atmosphere!

Enjoy the Spanish culinary experience of San Sebastián, with pintxos, tapas, giant paella, and more, paired with a tasting of three types of Talai Berri Txakolina, including Txakoli and cider.

It’s a delicious party where you can indulge in gourmet delights!

Special guest Junko Yamaguchi, founder of the “Basque Gourmet Club” and resident of San Sebastián in the Basque region of Spain, will be joining us!


the city’s Honorary Citizenship Award, will be joining us as a special guest! Along with Yoshihiro Shinkawa, CEO of HUGE Co., Ltd., who has visited San Sebastián for over 15 years and immersed himself in the local restaurant culture, they will host a talk session diving deep into Basque gastronomy and authentic Spanish cuisine.

  • Founder of the “Basque Gourmet Club.”
  • Has been living in Spain since 1995.
  • Works as a culinary conference interpreter in Spain and Japan and as a coordinator for TV and magazines.
  • Organizes Basque cooking classes and bar tours with the Basque Gourmet Club.
  • Has been involved in projects like the Niigata City × Bilbao Gastronomy Agreement.
  • Nominated for the San Sebastián Honorary Citizen Award in 2016.
  • Co-author of Spain’s Journey of Beauty and Cuisine: Basque and Navarra.
  • Recipient of the 2024 Getaria Txakoli Contribution Award.
