The most historic and prestigious winery in Chianti continues to receive high acclaim for its exceptional wines produced from the finest vineyards. On the day of the event, Roberto Stucchi, the head winemaker and member of the owner’s family, will welcome guests.
We will be serving perfectly matured vintages, ranging from Chianti Classico to Super Tuscan and Vin Santo. The wine service will be directed by our corporate sommelier, Hiroshi Ishida.
Chef Hideyuki Adachi from the wood-fired grill restaurant Il Viaggio will prepare a course menu inspired by Tuscany, featuring seasonal ingredients.
