HUGEst., the official HUGE online store that opened in April 2020, is now open on Rakuten Ichiba!
This online store is packed with the fun of food, where you can enjoy the authentic taste of “restaurant quality” including restaurant vegetable boxes, which have been very popular since its opening, at home as well.

The new product to be launched with the opening of Rakuten Ichiba is “RESTAURANT DOOR”.
The new product is a quick-frozen, restaurant-fresh product that delivers the taste of freshly prepared restaurant food in its original form.
The lineup includes popular menu items such as HUGE’s RIGOLETTO and the modern Asian GINGER GRASS. A new menu developed exclusively for RESTAURANT DOOR will also be available.
We maintain HUGE restaurant quality, of course.
We have not lost sight of the fact that we want our customers to taste the original flavor of the ingredients, and we are making the following efforts just as we do in our restaurants.
1. NO MSG (no chemical seasonings)
We do not add any monosodium glutamate, the main ingredient of umami seasoning.
We do not use chemical seasonings, which can easily add a certain level of umami, and place importance on bringing out the original flavor of the ingredients.
2. ZERO TRANS FAT NON GMO (cold press extraction method oil with zero trans fatty acids)
HUGE’s cooking oil is made from non-GMO ingredients that do not contain any trans fatty acids according to domestic standards.
We use only the first-pressed oil squeezed by the traditional cold-pressed extraction method.
Trans fatty acids found in processed foods such as shortening, cookies, and snack foods are said to increase the risk of heart disease and other health problems if taken in excess.
3. NATURAL SALT, ORGANIC SUGAR
We use natural ingredients and do not use chemically refined salt or sugar.
Our goal has been to “use natural ingredients for all dishes whenever possible and avoid the use of chemically refined products,” which is why we have created products that can be enjoyed with peace of mind by people of all ages, from small children.
