We chose the very best ingredients, and carefully focus on the baking process, so that you can enjoy a rich, mel

low taste that cannot be experienced anywhere else.

Each season, we offer the limited edition for chocolate terrine.

For this Valentine’s season, we bring you a special one with the taste of “3 kinds of roasted nuts”.

Pistachios, walnuts, and hazelnuts are roasted to maximize the aroma and texture. The crunchy, flavorful nuts are tenderly enriched with rich chocolates.

For the chocolate, we use the highest quality couverture “CHOCOLATE BANK”, which has a signature shop in Kamakura, produces amazingly fresh and fragrant couverture from cacao cultivation in Colombia.

This season, we chose “Bella Vista 70” bitter chocolate to enhance the aroma of nuts.

The caramelized hazelnut paste “gianduja” is mixed in with the chocolate.

From the first bite, you can feel the fresh aroma of the cocoa, then the nutty flavor blows through, followed by the rich mellowness of the chocolate.

You can enjoy the change of texture in your mouth.

Enjoy the smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture of the terrine, which is made without using any flour and lavishly confectioned with couverture chocolate.

New Zealand hops have a very unique aroma. The fruity, floral aroma of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio can only be experienced with these hops.

Head of the NUMBER NINE BREWERY,  Kengo Saito, who has experience brewing beer in New Zealand, spent two years to persuade to import to use New Zealand malts that were not available in Japan.

Designed for the Valentine’s season, this pale ale has a lovely limited edition label with hearts.
