For beverages, we have Chinese tea such as white tea, pu-erh tea, and herbal teas that go well with Asian cuisine.
We also provide a free flow package of rosé sparkling wine which is a perfect pair with strawberries.
The star of this edition is the “Amaou”, a large, shiny with a good balance of sweet and sour flavors.
And for all the chocolate in the sweets, we use the highest quality couverture “CHOCOLATE BANK”.
CHOCOLATE BANK, which has its signature store in Kamakura, conducts all processes in-house from cacao cultivation in Colombia.
Their amazingly fresh and fragrant couverture is continuously fascinating people.

The “Sweets Basket” contains seven types of popular deserts lavishly made with Amaou.
Cassis jellies and rum-flavored bitter chocolate are used in the mini parfaits to balance the sourness and sweetness.
The salami chocolate, mixed with Asian herbs and nuts, brings a refreshing aftertaste.
For appetizers, the Savory Basket is filled with seven kinds of Asian-inspired dishes such as spring rolls and Som tam.
The dips for the vegetables and the beef tongue salad are made with plenty of herbs.
A rare combination of Amaou and pomegranate will leave you wanting more!
Our signature Dim Sum, we offer three kinds of sizzling dumplings and Banh Mi, a Vietnamese traditional sandwich.
We use snow crab, which is in season, and Yonezawa pork combined with the black truffle as a original menu for this afternoon tea!
By mixing herbs and sour fruits such as blackcurrant and pomegranate, you can enjoy the whole dishes until the end.
