Txakoli Txakoli is a slightly sparkling wine that hails from Spain's Basque region. The fruit has a refreshing acidity that gives this wine a light flavor. To encourage bubbling, txakoli is poured from a height into a wide-brimmed glass called "bodega". Exceedingly delicate and produced only in small quantities, txakoli is difficult to ship, and until recently this precious wine could only be drunk in the Basque area. Its uplifting taste is said to be the best wine to accompany seafood. Be sure to try a glass!

Bringing out the natural flavor of seafood

Bringing out the natural flavor of seafood

Just as our name suggests, Pesquera is committed to seafood. Along with Japan's four distinct seasons, we aim to provide the best fresh seafood and vegetables. Spanish cuisine is quite simple when it comes to seasoning, which makes it easier to add other flavors. However I try my best to keep the dish simple, without adding too much, so that the diners can enjoy the natural flavor of the seafood. I hope our diners can experience and discover new and unique dishes.
