Doing any type of work at a restaurant is not easy. There is no standard way to educate staff. People who can visualize the things they want to do can continue to grow by working at a restaurant.
HUGE is an organization that buries a person's bad points and fulfils what they want to do as well as improving on their good points. It is in our corporate culture to not hammer a nail that sticks out, but rather to stretch it.
We also welcome people who want to join us in order to become independent in the future. While in the process of becoming independent, letting staff proactively put their hand up to become a restaurant manager when we open a new restaurant enables us to welcome that independence and ensures people stay with us for a long time. These are the opportunities that we would like to offer our staff.

I first came to MUCHO as a customer. The service I received and the Latin atmosphere was great so I wanted to work here. MUCHO offers fun, authentic Mexican cuisine and atmosphere. In the past, I was shy around strangers and I was not able to talk with customers. However, I can speak Japanese, Spanish and English, so after giving advice on travel destinations in Japan to overseas travelers visiting Tokyo, I came to like serving customers. I am most happy when customers compliment us on our food and service. MUCHO offers plenty of delicious dishes that are arranged using authentic Mexican ingredients. I can even recommend MUCHO to Mexican people.

ARATA is located in Roppongi, which is where businesspeople from all over the world gather. I'm currently working at ARATA because I want to study about sake and the Japanese language. I can speak Spanish, Japanese and English so I can introduce delicious sake to customers from overseas and talk to customers at the bar about work and private life, which makes it lots of fun. And I love Japanese cuisine so learning about Japanese ingredients and cuisine is one of the things that I enjoy. ARATA offers delicious dishes even when compared with Japanese restaurants overseas, so I recommend ARATA to my friends and family. The staff at ARATA are all very kind and they teach me lots of things. My dream is to one day open a restaurant of my own in Japan.

Kitchen Staff
You will be in charge of food preparation for Spanish-Italian, Modern Mexican, Japanese, Delicatessen or Spanish cuisines.
Everything from dressing to sauces is made by hand at the restaurant.
Each restaurant offers their own menu and we may even put your original dishes on the menu!
Waiting Staff
You will be in charge of making various suggestions to customers while taking order and explaining the cuisine to ensure they have a great time. This job allows you to communicate directly with customers.
You will be required to set up the restaurant such as arranging tables and preparing the wine selection to ensure that customers enjoy their meal.
Reception
You will be in charge of taking phone reservations and welcome customers when they arrive.
This job requires you to watch over the restaurant and take customers to seats that match the occasion.
Bartender
You will be in charge of taking orders and preparing drinks such as cocktails.
